About the Job
EEC Licensed Teacher:
- Must have the Mass. EEC License.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred.
- Passionate about early childhood education.
- Able to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Teacher Assistant (TA):
- Enjoys working with young children.
- Caring, patient, dependable, and energetic.
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred.
- Willing to assist teachers with classroom activities, routines, and supervision.
Director:
- Experience in early childhood education and program administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations preferred.
- Ability to support, train, and lead teachers.
- Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
